This paper focuses on the design of the air conditioning system for the swimming pool area in a natatorium in Yancheng City, presents a temperature and humidity dual-control energy-saving air conditioning unit. Guided by reheat, this unit incorporates a built-in compression cycle, where the condensation heat from the compression cycle is utilized for reheat, and the entire refrigeration capacity is dedicated to cooling and dehumidification. This design is well-suited for the high-humidity environment of swimming pools and avoids the process of cold-heat cancellation, aligning with energy-saving principles. Furthermore, this paper analyses the energy-saving potential of the temperature and humidity dual-control energy-saving air conditioning unit from aspects such as design calculations, air treatment processes, equipment selection, and typical operating conditions, providing references for similar engineering designs.
